DAY 3- Tai Chung 臺中
01.12.2015
Last official day in Taichung. Started my day at about 10-ish in the morning.
Since it is the flower season right now in Taiwan, i decided to visit 新社花海.
Took a bus from the bus stop on the left of Taichung Train Station.
Bus no: 270, 271, 276, 277 (Feng Yuan Bus)
Ticket price: NT$ 56
Basically i don't really know what is happening or which stop to alight.
But there are so many people going to the same place since it's popular.
So what i did was just to follow the crowd and ask.

This was also the chance to meet and talk to people.
Met different groups of university students today, all so nice and willing to help!

Was really hungry the moment i reached there since i haven't eaten.
Lucky they have so many food stalls there. Like 夜市 style.

This black port taiwan sausage was really good. Not sure if i was just hungry tho! haha.
Grilled squid tasted awesome as well.
Just sitting down, with such nice view, and the store blasting familiar music. Bliss.
The whole area was really big. Many fields of different flowers everywhere.
Quite impressive and nice.

And being here, makes me ponder why do people pay to get into gardens by the bay...
This is absolutely free of charge!
Just look at his whole field of flowers!
Other than all these, they have goats area which stinks.
Exhibitions on the goods Taiwan produced,

How the different plants grow...
They do provide a shuttle bus out which stops over at 3 different stops.
Same as what i did, i merely followed another group of students.
Yizhong Street- 一中商圈
Located just opposite 國立臺中科技大學.
Pretty big area for shopping and also there's a night market.

This was where i had my first bubble tea in Taiwan and beef.
This is amazing!!!
Returned back to the hostel pretty early as compared to past few days.
Met sole travellers from Chengdu, HongKong as well.
Coincidentally, we are all in our final year of university!
Who says no one travel to taiwan on their own?
