We signed up the half day tour with the hotel last night.

Half day sightseeing Taroko bus tour: 10.30am-5.00pm

 NT$650/ pax

 I thought it was quite a reasonable price as taxi and other packages i saw were more expensive.

To rent a taxi, i think it is around NT$3000.

But i guess it will be worth it if you have more people and that you will have flexibility.

The important places are mostly covered and a guide will be there for explanations and all!

My guide is quite funny and he is constantly talking about politics in Taiwan and all...

First stop, which is what i looked forward the most!!

I actually googled it and it looks amazing, thus i planned on coming.

Even though the weather is pretty much cloudy and all, it was still beautiful.
Loving the different shades of blue a lot. 

Rocks. So many rocks and granite around and it's just be it to most people.
But there are so many geography things behind it.
A lot things are formed due to the different platonic movements.
Glad to take part in the tour, so that i see them more than just rocks?
And as a geography student, i am truly impressed to finally see the things/drawings that i studied! 

There are some other places which we stopped over for photos. 

 The last part of the tour was to do a hiking trail, 

that the guide said that it was the easiest and safest already?

But wah, some routes are pretty narrow and high up?
But nevertheless, really good experience. Plus, the view is great! 

The guide also keep emphasising to be careful and a lot places are not safe cause of rock falls?
People all wearing helmets doing hike trails! 

 Marks the end of the trail and the last stop of the tour is actually at Qi Xing Tan 七星潭.
We did not go down, since the wind is so crazily strong that day.
After which, they dropped us back at our hotel and we went to rest before heading to dinner! 

This cozy restaurant is very near our hotel and we heard good reviews about it.
When we reached there, it was fully packed. so we went back to the hotel and wait for them to call.
Anw, the wind was so strong that i felt that i was gonna be blown away! It was cold too!

So they actually have 3 different price range/ pax and they will make a whole range of food for you!
There are just so so so much food, but everything feels healthy yet really yummy?
I especially love the pumpkin soup!
They have a really special drink that is served as well, really refreshing! 

 Bamboo glutinous rice that is fragrant and good!

We also have a whole BBQ fish to ourselves.

Actually, we felt that it was a little too much food for the 2 of us.
