Duration: 2.5 hours.
The place of the bus terminal is a distance away from Tainan train station though. 

Thus, i spent around 20 minutes just walking to my hostel, instead of being able to take a bus.  

  Finally reached my hostel- Fu Qi Hostel after that walk with my pretty heavy bag-pack.
Cost: $62.50 SGD/ 3 nights (6 female dorm) 

 Love how the hostel is decorated and how different it is as compared to the rest. 

It is definitely not the cleanest or the newest place.
But i can be sure that it is one of the most friendly, homely hostel that you can find.
The people and decorations of the place just make up for everything else.
It is nothing but comfortable and they are always so ready to help or chat with. 

And you get to choose when you will want to receive them, maybe in a few months down...

These are recommendations of food places they have that is in Tainan.
Pretty impressed when i got this from them. Behind is a hand drawn kind of map!

Pretty much worth a visit. How rare is it to see hand painted movie posters?
Talk to the locals, and they are the 1 left in Taiwan.
Even students come all the way from Taichung to interview them about it. 

 Just a quick lunch since i was hungry after settling down and all. 

Chihkan Tower- 赤崁樓

Entrance fee: NT $50
 Pretty much a popular attraction here, but i don't exactly find it specially interesting.
But it was good to just take a walk inside, or chill there in the evening till night.
They do have performances on some days, so you can ask them about it. 

 These are for students that has exam, to ensure that they score well.

This is just located opposite chihkan tower.
I was actually looking for a formal shop, but to my surprise this was the one.
But yet, it was crowded and filled with locals.
Had dinner here while waiting for the performance to start at 7.30pm. 

I was told that it was a 5 min lights show. But i was pretty shocked by the people that turn up for it.
They are mostly taiwanese elderly people. So it ended up to be a 1.5 hour performance. 

They do sing different songs, and maybe the band is younger generation,

they sang songs that i am familiar with and that i love.
That really made my night. Will totally recommend you to go for this? 

She then insisted that she sent me back to my hostel after the performance,
