Day trip out to  Cigu Salt Mountain 七股鹽山 

Bus 99- Last stop
Do take note that during the weekdays, there are only 3 buses that goes there.
So, do remember to check the timings of the buses. 

 Bought this black sugar thingy outside of chihkan tower since it looked pretty interesting.
NT $50, but it is just sugar tbh. 

 Pretty much looked like snow, but it's all covered with salt.
A little gross, but we actually tasted the water slightly cause we didn't believe that it was salt. 

 Pretty much an amazing trip over here.
But pretty sad that the salt mountain can no longer be climb.

 Back to Tainan city, and so it was time for some chilling- Cafe.

 Fruit crepe that has a little too much cream for my liking.
My friend ordered the mushroom pie and that was rather good.

But the mocha was good, and the latte art is so pretty.
They have plenty of selection for coffees and they cost around NT $120.
Pretty much love how chill this place is and that the staffs are really friendly here. 

Parted with my friend, and spent the rest of the day roaming around in other parts of Tainan.
Love exploring the cities like this so that i get a feel of how the city is like.
Had quick dinner at a Japanese curry stall near Chihkan Tower. 

 In the evening, i paid Sheng Nong Street 神農街 a visit.
It is another good street in Tainan that pretty much has a character on its own.
Even though the whole street not a very long stretch.
There are a few cafes/ bar located in that stretch.

Since it was still pretty early, i decided to spend some time at a cafe there. 

Picked the one i think was the most special and did not have any min spending requirement.

It was pretty empty when i visited, but the whole place is way too cool and pretty spacious.
I took some time to walked around the whole cafe which is like a olden house.
Since it was empty, it seemed slightly creepy. But definitely very interesting. 

 Ordered a chocolate sea salt caramel which tasted very good, but of course its very sinful as well.
Spend some time there in the cafe, enjoying the peace there and did some reading as well.

Took a long slow walk back to the hostel with awesome music playing, 

that night, everything seemed perfect and i really loved that feeling (:

 Went back to the hostel and chilled over at the reception place where everyone chatted.
Soon, we all gathered and have snacks and tea together there.
Even though we are all strangers being in a place that we barely know, it doesn't seem that way.
It seemed like we are friends and family.

I must really say that this place is definitely special, and the best hostel i've been to.
Also, this must be the best part of my Tainan trip as well.
Meeting all these people, and how the staffs treated us as part of us, its incredible.

So, since its the last night for most of us in Tainan, we all went out for supper/ drinks. 

They brought us to this place, and we did it the real local way.
It was pretty tiring since we only got back at around 3am, but all is worth it (:

I will definitely miss this part of my trip (:
