Munich ZOB- Garmisch Partenkirchen (ZUGSPITZE)

Booked a bus from Munich city centre from Meinfernbus
So glad that i made the decision to come over to his village.
Every part of the town feels so peaceful and beautiful.
Sights of mountains and large green fields, the scenery is fabulous.

Booked H+ Hotel Alphina through (Agoda)
It cost $160.00 SGD / 1 night
(Triple room)
Highly recommend this hotel, because the location is very convenient.
Also, the hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful.
Room is very comfortable with a very nice view and the hotel is equipped with so many facilities.
Gym, Swimming Pool, Sauna Room.... the list goes on...
Will definitely want to stay here again next time.

Dropped our baggage at the reception as our room is not ready yet.
Also, we are rushing to visit the Highest Mountain of Germany: ZUGSPITZE.
Thankful, we are able to purchase the ZUGSPITZE card from the hotel at the same price.
This allows us to do away with all the trouble of getting the card at the counter and all.
It cost: $52.00 Euros/ ticket

Took a train from the station that is located at this yellow building.
They only have trains to Zugspitze and they come at specific timings.
Note: It is not at the main train station and
also know the timing for the last train back.

The view during the journey is so pretty with nice scenery and cottages.
That kind of feeling that you will never get from visiting cities.
The kind of simple lifestyle that people always wished for.

You can have the choice of taking the train, which will be converted into the tram up,
alternatively, you can alight at Eibsee Station and take the cable car up to the top.
For us, we took the latter option as we think that the view will be amazing.
It was pretty cloudy when we reached that area and i was scared that the view will be blocked.
So do remember to check the weather forecast before going up, if not it will be wasted.
Thankfully, the view was gorgeous. 2962 metres high up.
360 degrees panorama around the mountain.
There is a restaurant located where you can have your food/ drinks at the top.
Dinning while enjoying the view from the mountain can be really nice.
Peeped at the prices and i think it is quite affordable.

We were also afraid that it will be very cold when we are upstairs,
but it was still pretty okay and warm at certain times that we had to take off our jackets.
Maybe just a wind breaker will be useful for the cold wind.
(Check the temperature while visiting)

Such a big love for this view.
Took the cable car down and changed to the train and headed back to Garmisch.
Love wild flowers like this.
Explored the city centre where shops like Esprit can be found.
I really love how there are paintings/ decors of each buildings/ houses here.
Found a place for dinner here.

Yay to food, white wine, coffee before ending the day after going to the sauna.
