 Barcelona Day 2: 26.05.2015
Abandoned the plan of joining the walking tour and decided to do it on our own.
Started the day at Barcelona beach
Do prepare a mat/towel to sit on and some food for picnic.
Sand is really soft, weather is sunny but not crazily hot.
Look at how chill my brother is.
We aren't really prepared for a beach kinda day, so no mat.
Clean and blue sea.... Super love such a view and such life.
Some food that we bought before heading to the beach to eat!
I think we are the only ones that has most clothes on! Haha
While heading back, we passed by this famous bakery- Baluard
Do try it because it is really nice and there is always a queue there.

We bought some strawberries and fruits too!
Cherries, peaches and all are really sweet and cheap as well.
So we bought and ate a lot of fruits the days we are there.
I guess it is due to the cost of living being lower there as compared to other places.
 Barcelona Cathedral
Llao Llao that is also near Barcelona Cathedral.
I heard that it is almost everywhere over in Madrid.
But over in Barcelona, there are a few shops.
(So do plot it in your map if you are searching for it.)
Just look at the portion of it!!! So much more than what they gave in Singapore.
Plus, it's much cheaper and there's no queue for it!
Cost: $3.50 Euros
Did some shopping around Passeig de Gracia where the different brands can be found.
Went into mostly spanish brands like ZARA, Pull & Bear, Bershka, Massimo Dutti...
Do check it out when you are in Spain because they are much cheaper!
Went over to queue for the dinner place- The Paradeta
Nearest metro station: Sagrada Familia
It was a seafood restaurant recommended by my friend.
There are many people queueing when we arrived and i am so excited for it.
"Long queue means good right!"

Opening Hours:
Lunch- 1.00pm-4.00pm
Dinner: 8.00pm-11.30pm
(Close on Monday)
The variety of seafood that you can choose from.
Also, choose the way you want to cook the seafood you chose.
It was pretty much a self service place.
After you ordered, you will be given a number and when your food is ready,
the number will be called.
Cold crabs are going at $8.00 Euros per crab i think.
Apparent we over ordered for the 3 of is. I got a shock when the food arrived.
Tuna fish that my cray brother ordered!
Didn't really taste very nice though.
I recommend the Calamari rings and crabs!
Super full after that meal and we have to pack home the fish.
